Founders Message
 Raised in desperation and
poverty in South Korea but educated as an engineer, Greg Im married his American
English teacher. Greg and Brenda came to the United States to begin their family
and pursue the American dream. They did indeed climb the ladder of success--building
a number of successful companies encompassing the high-tech, nutrition and marketing
industries. Greg and Brenda were on the upwardly mobile fast track until a health
crisis consumed their focus and ultimately changed the direction of their life.
Told that their child had an auto-immune disorder, Greg and Brenda set out on a
quest that led them to meet with over 200 physicians, scientists and nutritional
experts spanning three continents. The result was EnerPrime, a unique combination
of superfoods, adaptogens, enzymes and phyto-nutrients.
Yet in spite of all this personal and business success, an inner emptiness remained
that kept Greg asking, “Is this all there is?” and “Why do I lack
purpose and destiny in my life?”
Although his business was thriving, his family was drifting apart with no central
anchor to hold them together. Greg felt exhausted from attempting to live several
distinctly separate lives; his spiritual life consisting basically of one hour on
Sunday, his business life which consumed the majority of his thoughts, his family
life, and his social/recreational life, which he tried to fit in on the weekends.
There had to be more than this endless juggling act. All that Greg had put hope
in was being shaken, he even began to question his belief in God.
God began to answer Greg’s questions by calling him to a life of faith and
total surrender. During this time, Greg had an opportunity to help a small orphanage
in Tanzania, Africa…more about that later. God was birthing a new, global
vision in Greg’s heart—to create a company that would benefit people
physically, financially and spiritually throughout the world. Such a company would
equip people to be Mighty in Spirit and Excellent in the Marketplace
through a school of life and help children worldwide through a foundation.
After dedicating more than 18 months to prayer seeking God’s wisdom and direction,
Greg and Brenda saw many miracles as doors were supernaturally opened bringing together
highly talented individuals in nutrition, science, business and communication leading
to the birth of IMPaX WORLD.
The Birthing of IMPaX WORLD
For an entire year two words kept stirring in Greg’s heart, “faith”
and “surrender.” Faith meant that Greg had to trust
not only himself and what could be physically seen, but also in others and ultimately
in God. Surrender, a word not common in business circles where winning
and negotiation are everything, meant the “God was in control.” His
will and His way were now to guide Greg beyond his own limitations into a limitless
vision filled with immearurable dreams, unlimited resources and a universe of possibilities.
Scripture affirms the power of faith as the very supstance that brings our hopes
to reality.
“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not
seen” (Hebrews 11:1 KJV).
Although Greg didn’t understand why these two words kept infusing his thoughts,
he has since learned that when one is willing to trust God and seek His ways, He
will provide the needed answers. Greg now shares, “Looking back we realize
that God wanted to be our partner in business and in all of life!”
As we yield to His partnership, He gives us far greater potential than when we try
anything in our own strength. Suddenly, we have found we have more creativity, more
boldness and more resources than we ever dreamed possible! The right people appear
with just the right answers at the right times. What seems impossible becomes possible!”
Greg and Brenda Share in Their Own Words
Every business faces challenges and we’ve certainly had our share. As we faced
our challenges, we often wondered, “Why?” and looked for the reasons
behind these difficulties. We look back and realize how meeting those challenges
have made us stronger. We will always have a choice as to where to place our focus;
on our circumstances or on our God. The one we choose will produce very different
results.
Difficulties often cause us to face our own failures and weaknesses. We have learned
that God is faithful to work through those difficulties to teach us, refine us and
strengthen us. When we refuse to quit and persevere through challenges, we discover
hidden blessings and move toward becoming “Mighty in Spirit.” In addition,
we have found God uses our struggles to encourage and inspire others struggling
in the same areas to also press through.
When we don’t give up, we find exciting victory on the other side of challenges
so that the new is far greater than anything we have experienced in the past. God
is doing new things in us and in IMPaX WORLD. That new was birthed out of meeting
those challenges and trusting in His ways.
Change, however, is rarely easy. We know by the size of the vision God set before
us that radical change would be required in and through us. Changed leadership results
in a changed company.
We can testify to this: God has radically changed us as we trust Him and
surrender IMPaX to His ways.
God’s vision for IMPaX WORLD would require boldness and tenacity from everyone
involved. All of us, management and members alike, would need to draw upon the full
measure of the God-given potential within us to fulfill this mighty vision. Creating
something altogether fresh from the ground up would require developing leadership
in this country as well as in every country we enter. It became clear that the magnitude
of this God-given vision would require a new company with a new dimension of thinking
and new approaches in every facet of that business.
Moving From an Old Wineskin into a New One
We felt compelled to create a new company, IMPaX WORLD, a company that would boldly
go in to 22 nations over the next 8 years. As Greg wrestled with the words, “faith
and surrender,” God used the experience with an African orphanage to fine-tune
our understanding of what He wanted to do with IMPaX WORLD.
A pastor that had heard about the immune-supporting properties of EnerPrime approached
Greg about helping an orphanage in Tanzania, Africa. Having recently lost their
medical support, the 70 children in this orphanage would be left to die of AIDS.
The question posed to Greg was, “Would you be willing to donate EnerPrime?”
This happened during one of the most difficult and inconvenient times in our life.
Yet, Greg felt God saying, “Do it!” We supplied the orphanage with EnerPrime.
The children experienced such dramatic improvement that physicians at the orphanage
made an urgent request for more.
Sowing and reaping a harvest. What we didn’t know then but have since come
to understand is that this was the first of many “seeds” to be sown
into the lives of others where God would produce a “harvest” above and
beyond what we could even imagine.
This was also the beginning of IMPaX going to the nations. Our company was destined
to become international. We were called to bring hop, health and financial opportunity
to the nations. Not only were the lives of the children in the African orphanage
changed, we were changed as well. When the leaders of an organization change, both
their personal lives and their business change as well. We are living testimony
of that truth!
The Birthing of a Global Vision
Our experience with the children in Africa also led to a divine appointment
that would lead to our next calling. The pastor who had asked our help in Tanzania
told us there was a couple coming from the Philippines that he wanted us to meet.
We didn’t understand the full impact of this meeting, but God was orchestrating
His plan. We later found out this pastor and his wife had launched many churches
and schools as well as relief work projects. He was recently chosen as one of the
most influential pastors in the Philippines.
As we enthusiastically shared the story of how God was helping the orphans in Tanzania,
this precious couple said, “We have seen the suffering of our people, their
poverty and sickness. Before we left the Philippines, we prayed to God for the answers.
Come to the Philippines, We will help you bring EnerPrime to the Philippines.”
In late May of 2006, we received the word we had been praying for: IMPaX WORLD had
been approved by the government to do business in the Philippines. Some of the Team
Leaders in the Philippines have already built the IMPaX business income to exceed
wages received from all of their previous jobs. What God had promised became reality.
IMPaX WORLD is touching the nations here in America as well! IMPaX WORLD meetings
are already being done in Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese and Korean! This is just
the beginning as we begin to see how the God-given vision of going to 22 nations
in the next 8 years will be fulfilled!
Through the dynamic IMPaX WORLD Legacy Plan, people from all walks of life and economic
backgrounds can join those who are already seeing their IMPaX income help them pay
for not only their family’s nutritional products, but also help pay off debt.
By becoming “Excellent in the Marketplace,” couples, singles and single
moms are moving toward realizing their God-given dreams and visions while helping
others.
We are excited about the growth already occurring in the Northeast, Kansas City,
Atlanta, Orlando and California. We are even more enthusiastic about what God is
yet to do in us as we move into our second year of this “people helping people”
business.

for a multitude of people who are truly seeking to personally advance in their health
and finances as well as share in our vision to bring the message of 3 John 2 to

Our prayer for you as we move forward together is simply, “We pray that you
prosper and be in good health even as your soul prospers” (3 John
2).
